All our referrals are discussed by our clinical team to determine how is best to treat you and if there is any other options that may be available. They are then emailed securely to our referral management centre and they will contact you to offer an appointment at a hospital and time of your choice. Please note they may call from a blocked number. However if the appointment is urgent or it is a private appointment, we will make the appointment for you and then you will be asked to collect the letter from the surgery at take it to your appointment with you.
For those patients with private medical insurance you may wish to tell your doctor as you may wish to arrange a private referral.
