Travel Vaccinations

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you will need to fill out the Travel Health questionaire, you can collect from they surgery or fill it in online. The practice nurse or GP will look at these forms and inform you of the travel vaccinations you require. There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below..

These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription, if this is the case there may be a charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
