Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account
- in your SystmOnline Account

If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out our test results request form and someone will be in touch.
Non-urgent advice: Please Note
Please note that reception staff are no longer allowed to give out blood results. This is due to confidentiality and medico-legal reasons.
If you require blood results you can contact the surgery and you may be put through to the Nurse if they are available. If this is not possible, you can leave your number and a message will be passed on for the Nurse to call you back.
As a point of interest, all blood results are seen by the doctor and action taken if abnormal. Therefore, no news is usually good news. However, for your peace of mind you are free to check that they are ok.
Please note that all staff at the surgery have strict confidentiality guidance and are not allowed to give results or discuss health information to anyone other than the patient themselves .
