Speak to your GP if you think you or your child may have asthma. You should also talk to your doctor or asthma nurse if you have been diagnosed with asthma and you are finding it difficult to control your symptoms.
If you haven't had yours measured recently, or you don't know what your blood pressure reading is, you can have it checked in a number of places including at your GP surgery, in a pharmacy, or at home with a blood pressure monitor.
